Its been a year, the fight in the clearing still fresh in everyones minds, but since which no other occurrences have appeared for Bella, Edward and the rest of the Cullen Family. The Volturi have been humiliated and are not taking this lightly, their vengance grows and the need to defend their own honor becomes strong. They begin to gather newborns and older vampires to create a new army, a stronger one, to beat the Cullens at their own game.
The Cullens become aware of the increasing risk, and the number of new murders spreading over not just the country, but the world, as the Volturi's army grows. The new turn in the peaceful town of Forks introduces a number of strange goings-on. 'Children of the Moon' start to appear and more vampires like them start to arrive, in a desperate attempt to keep themselves safe, putting the little town into the spotlight, pulling the threat closer. Bella, Edward and the rest of the Cullens have a desicion to make, and with the help of their werewolf friends, it looks to be war...
