No one tells us that quality rest is one of the most important skills. The following helps me: Take regular vacations. Several times a month, take one day off in the middle of the week or in addition to Saturday and Sunday. Holidays are not to be spent at home or even in one's region. The week is filled with regular activities, where there will be a completely different society, different from family or work. Even 30 minutes of physical activity is better than nothing. I go to the gym "to pull iron", I like it since school.
